RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-order items follow the same 14-day returns policy, which begins from the date of delivery.
SHIPPING & PREORDERS
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities and will be shipped from the start of February. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on each product page prior to purchase. Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once production is complete.
